At the end of this month, we will be saying good bye to Caitlin Koch. She is in her 10th year of service, and has been commuting for 6 of these years from Wartburg where her and her husband farm. Caitlin started at Irritech doing export invoices in a part time capacity and neither her or Franek have ever looked back. She ingrained herself in the exports and helped launch and grow the Corporate Sales and Turnkey projects at Irritech. Caitlin has decided to follow her passion for international trade and is setting up a business specialising in procurement and logistics, catering for spares for Agricultural entities all over Africa.
Caitlin will stay on in a consulting capacity for the rest of the year for Irritech. We thank her for her commitment and dedication over the past 10 years and wish her all the best in this new venture.
In normal Caitlin fashion, she likes to have the last word – she had this to add:
‘It has been the greatest privilege of my life to work beside my father and the incredible team he has built up at Irritech. I am looking forward to testing my own boundaries now but will forever remain part of the #irriteam.’
